Before installing the oil transfer pump on the generator set, it is necessary to check whether the model and specification are correct, and remove the anti-rust oil. The thickness of the gasket selected should be appropriate to avoid the piston being damaged
If the pump is jammed or does not operate properly, it is necessary to prevent the gasket from being too thin or too thick. When tightening the bolts, the tightening torque should be uniform to avoid damaging the oil pump.
2. If there is a rubber sealing device between the hand oil pump piston and the hand oil pump body on the oil transfer pump, do not disassemble it at will. If the rubber ring is found to be damaged, replace it in time.
3. The coarse filter screen core inside the oil transfer pump joint is prone to clogging due to cotton lint and other dirt. Regular inspection and cleaning are necessary. If the filter screen is damaged, it must be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
4. Ensure that the sealing gaskets at all parts of the oil transfer pump of the generator set are intact and undamaged. The disassembly and assembly of the plastic brake ring should not be too frequent and should be replaced regularly.
5. Ensure that the elasticity of the "four springs" of the plunger oil transfer pump is normal. The "Four springs" refer to the piston spring, tappet (roller) spring, oil inlet valve spring, oil outlet valve spring and spring spring
If the performance is weakened or broken, it should be replaced or adjusted with a gasket in time to avoid damage to the generator set.
After use, the hand oil pump of the generator set must be pressed back and the button tightened at the same time to prevent the hand oil pump, rubber ring or ball valve and valve seat from not being pressed tightly, which may cause air intake or oil leakage.
7. The engine oil added to the generator set must undergo sedimentation and filtration to ensure cleanliness and prevent excessive impurities from accelerating the wear of the oil inlet valve, outlet valve and valve seat of the oil transfer pump
The oil valve may even be lifted up by impurities and fail.
